About
Connecting People to Nature through Recreation
Your local resource for ''all things outdoor,'' whether you need information on visiting Port Angeles and Olympic National Park or you would like to join one of our excursions for a day of up close and personal recreation. Your outdoor options are extensive here in the NW, with choices ranging from kayaking the wildlife rich and cliff laden shoreline of Freshwater Bay or mountain biking the groomed singletrack on the Adventure Route of the Olympic Discovery Trail. Perhaps you prefer to rent a kayak, stand up paddle board or mountain bike, we've got you covered.
Join us for a ''NW Adventure,'' the most popular multisport trip where you' enjoy kayaking along the shores of the Strait of Juan de Fuca; here you have a good opportunity for viewing seals, otters, bald eagles and lots more..then enjoy made-to-order lunches...then off to swoop through the forest on your fitted mountain bike. Woohoo, you just experienced the wildlife, beauty and thrill of visiting the NW. If you're into history, then definately join one of our daily kayak trips to Lake Aldwell. This is the last year for this paddle due to the Elwha Dam removal project, the largest dam removal ever. Rafting the Sol Duc in Winter and Spring months can be a thrill, while the Hoh river is a scenic, historical and relaxing rafting journey. We invite families, individuals, groups, and schools to give us a call and discuss your goals and options; we're here to make recreating easy, fun and safe. We take pride in safety with a 100% safety record. -
