Explore the inspirational story of the Elwha River and the largest dam removal project in the country from the perspective of Chairwoman Frances Charles of the Tribal Council of the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe, and former Senator Bill Bradley who helped broker and initiate the Elwha River Fisheries and Ecosystem Restoration Act of 1992.
