Event Description:
Local Entrepreneurs and community-minded investors are invited to attend the first-ever in-person North Olympic Entrepreneur Showcase. This event provides an opportunity for new businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs to present their business cases to potential local investors who may be interested in helping support their startup or growth.

What Happens at the NOES?
Entrepreneurs will present slideshows, demonstrations, and  in-depth information about their businesses and their plans for the future. These presentations will be followed by breakout rooms where participants can interact with individual entrepreneurs for Q&A.

Who Can Attend? The NOES is open to any community-minded potential investor from Clallam or Jefferson County who would like to connect with entrepreneurs, learn about the challenges and opportunities that local businesses face, and how to support local businesses in a variety of creative ways. There is no cost to attend, however, attendees and presenters must register in advance.

Are You an Entrepreneur Who Would Like to Participate?
If you're in Clallam or Jefferson County, you have a great business plan, and you'd like to support or grow your newly established business or startup, please contact The Center for Inclusive Entrepreneurship.
There is no cost to participate, and guidance on doing a presentation is available.

Who are the organizers?
The showcase is part of an effort by several organizations to establish and grow a healthy and strong network of local investors by putting community-minded investors together with enthusiastic entrepreneurs. This event is a collaboration between the Center for Inclusive Entrepreneurship (CIE), Jamestown S?Klallam Tribal Capital, the North Olympic Development Council (NODC), the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce, and the Clallam Opportunity Investment Network (COIN).

Whether or not you can attend the workshop, we encourage you to join the Clallam Opportunity Investment Network, which brings key members of the community together to allow investors to connect with entrepreneurs, learn about the challenges and opportunities that local businesses face, and inspire everyone to work together to support their local businesses in a variety of creative ways, including patronage and mentoring. For more information visit
www.ClallamInvest.com.

Please Note: Business owners and entrepreneurs cannot speak publicly about the specific terms of their investment opportunities. Instead, the North Olympic Entrepreneur Showcase allows members of the community to connect with the presenters, learn about their businesses, and explore the potential of local entrepreneurships.  After the event, private follow-up meetings can be arranged where presenters and interested attendees can continue to build relationships, and if/when appropriate, discuss investing opportunities.
