Empty Bowls at the Port Angeles Food Bank

Fill your bowl and help Nourish Our Community! Enjoy soup made with food bank ingredients, enter to win raffle items from local businesses like Olympic Hiking Co, Silver Lining Cafe, Discover E-Bikes and More! Take a tour of our new facility and The Market, and learn more about the impact we are making throughout Clallam county. $25 : Entry + Soup $35 : soup + take home a handmade bowl! Handmade bowls have been created and donated by students of ceramics classes in Quilcene, Sequim, and Peninsula College. Funds raised during the event will support our friday food bag program! Friday Food Bags, School Pantries, & Break Bags In collaboration with the Port Angeles School District, the PAFB offers Friday Food Bags which include 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunch, 2 Snacks, & 2 Dinners by request of the student, parent, or school staff. Volunteers assemble the food bags and bring them to schools on Thursdays. In addition to the weekend bags, the Port Angeles Food Bank also offers Break Bags for families over Winter and Spring breaks. These bags are full of fresh produce and other groceries in hopes to relieve a bit of the food cost burden while the children are at home over breaks.
