In the ongoing reconstruction from the COVID-19 pandemic, and in light of recent tragedies, we are all seeking ways to promote healing, become more trauma sensitive, and support stronger, healthier workplaces and community.  An upcoming Collaborative Learning Academy might be a unique, effective opportunity for your business and organization to continue to think creatively about supporting staff, patrons, and residents.

The Collaborative Learning Academy is a 9-month long series that meets once a month for 3 hours that:
  • Engages an organizational cohort of 2-4 people
  • Supports learning alongside other cross-sector local agencies
  • Can allow for a $100 stipend, per person, per meeting from the Clallam County ARPA funds
  • Enables for routine, embedded time to do organizational thinking towards actionable steps
The work could be around constructing better customer/client care, staff wellness, behavioral health, or another item of the cohort/organization’s determination.
